About Autumn Calabrese
I'm a fitness and nutrition expert, bestselling author, and creator of some of the most widely followed workout and nutrition programs in the industry.
Over the past decade, my workouts and nutrition programs have helped millions of people around the world transform their health and fitness.
My journey into fitness began as a competitive athlete, where I spent years training, competing, and bringing home multiple fitness competition titles. That experience shaped my understanding of discipline, performance, and what it truly takes to transform the body.
Over time, that passion evolved into a career helping millions of people around the world take control of their health through programs like 21 Day Fix, 80 Day Obsession, and other training and nutrition systems designed to simplify fitness and make it accessible to real life.
Along the way, I've had the opportunity to work with high-profile clients including Brooke Burke and Kendall Jenner, appear on national television like The Today Show and Access Hollywood, and share my approach to nutrition through bestselling books and cookbooks. But what truly defines my work is the way I approach health.
I don't believe in chasing trends or quick fixes. I look deeper—at lifestyle, habits, digestion, hormones, stress, and how all of it works together to impact how we feel and function.
