Bike & Build is a hybrid cardio + strength program designed to train your body for real results. Each workout pairs interval-based cycling with targeted dumbbell training, combining endurance and resistance work to improve cardiovascular fitness (VO₂ max), build lean muscle, and support fat loss—all in one efficient session. By training across different energy systems—speed, power, and aerobic endurance—your body becomes stronger, more efficient, and better at sustaining effort over time.



The ride elevates your heart rate and challenges your stamina, while the strength work adds muscle-building stimulus and increases afterburn (EPOC), helping you continue to burn energy even after the workout ends. It’s structured, effective, and built to keep your body progressing—so you feel stronger, more energized, and ready for what’s next.

Hustle Hard

Hustle Hard is an 8-week strength and conditioning program built around 5 workouts per week—2 lower body, 2 upper body, and 1 cardio-focused workout—using dumbbells, mini resistance loops, a core ball, and an optional bench. The program is split into two phases with different training styles to drive progression.



Phase 1: Build Control & Endurance (Weeks 1–4)
Phase 1 focuses on building a strong foundation through time-under-tension training designed to improve muscular endurance, stability, and body awareness. This training style reinforces proper movement patterns, increases muscle fiber recruitment, and keeps the heart rate elevated for an added conditioning effect.

The goal of this phase is to build control, consistency, and confidence while preparing the body for the heavier strength-focused training introduced in Phase 2.

Phase 2: Build Strength & Work Capacity (Weeks 5–8)
Training shifts into heavier, more traditional strength work across your upper and lower body days, increasing mechanical tension, which is essential for building strength and muscle. The weekly cardio session becomes a steady-state strength workout, keeping the heart rate elevated through continuous movement with weights. This combination improves strength, muscular endurance, and overall conditioning without relying on high-impact HIIT.

Hi, I'm Autumn.

I'm a fitness and nutrition expert, bestselling author, and creator of some of the most widely followed workout and nutrition programs in the industry.

Over the past decade, my workouts and nutrition programs have helped millions of people around the world transform their health and fitness.

My journey into fitness began as a competitive athlete, where I spent years training, competing, and bringing home multiple fitness competition titles. That experience shaped my understanding of discipline, performance, and what it truly takes to transform the body.

Over time, that passion evolved into a career helping millions of people around the world take control of their health through programs like 21 Day Fix, 80 Day Obsession, and other training and nutrition systems designed to simplify fitness and make it accessible to real life.

Along the way, I've had the opportunity to work with high-profile clients including Brooke Burke and Kendall Jenner, appear on national television like The Today Show and Access Hollywood, and share my approach to nutrition through bestselling books and cookbooks. But what truly defines my work is the way I approach health.

I don't believe in chasing trends or quick fixes. I look deeper—at lifestyle, habits, digestion, hormones, stress, and how all of it works together to impact how we feel and function.

That philosophy led me to create programs like 4 Week Gut Protocol, designed to help people better understand and support their gut health, and Belle Vitale, which focuses on helping women navigate hormonal shifts with strength, energy, and balance. Everything I create blends science, experience, and real-world practicality—because the most powerful transformations happen when fitness and nutrition become part of a sustainable lifestyle, not just a temporary plan.
